PTA Educational Funding provides direct financial support for PCE’s staff, students and parents.  PTA educational funding recognizes innovative and creative teaching practices that enhance students’ learning experiences.

Who may apply?
Any member or team of members on the PCE staff, any student or any parent may apply.

What projects?
  All requests for funding must be educational in nature.  The proposed project should benefit a significant number of students within a class, grade, or subject area during the school year. Grants are not available for projects or materials normally covered by Martin County School District or other school resources.  Although many ideas are worthwhile, PCE PTA will only be able to provide funding for requests that are in line with its goals and mission and if resources are currently available. 

How much?
You may request any amount.  Funds awarded must be expended during the school year in which they are awarded.

How do I apply?
It’s easy!  Download and fill out the attached application or pick up a form in the front office.  Return your completed application (in an envelope marked “PTA Educational Funding, Attn:  Ed Ciampi, PTA President) to the front office.

When does the PTA announce requests that are awarded?
Funding recipients will be notified within 30-45 days from the date their request is submitted.
